Question Asked -
What does it mean when your teenager says nothing at all?
Answer -
Teenage is the most fragile state and the most destructive one too. If the teenager has stopped talking or confabulating there might be reasons :
- Low esteem - It is so common of them feeling low about themselves. Them feeling down and in jade.
- Bullies does them good. They are probably getting bullied at school, and trust me it is killing them rotten.
- Physical destruction - they might have started exploring their body and hence have landed on pleasuring self. They either find it embarrassing or they are failing to maintain their streak and hence they don’t talk, or they might have been reckless doing the activity and it has caused them severe pain or infection that they are not very forwardly taking about.
- Love that breaks. Catching feelings and getting heartbreaks is the most common cause of them feeling stupid and unworthy.
- No friends. They find it difficult coping with the mental depression they have created in the absence of a friend. Plus, having this constant peer pressure of being the ‘COOL KID’ fucks up the teenage years pretty good.
- A bad choice - they might have stolen from house, might have been doing drugs or maybe sex and now they are regretting each and every choice they made on account of their happy hormones!
This is dangerous and you need to sit down and have a decent and mature talk with you pretty teen.
