Solution -
I have been there and I know exactly how it feels - Choked. I used to feel choked and fuzzy in the head all the time. You can do these things to help you get through your phase -
- Write a journal. If you’re too lazy to maintain one just call it my escape and write down all the fuck-ups that you did, all the problems that were the consequences and everything you have never told anyone. It helps.
- Get a baby plant. Try gardening. It just helps so much. One little pot and you trying your best to keep it alive, to foster its growth, to help that little buddy grow. You feel better.
- Block toxic people. And I mean legit block them out of your life. Let them get fucked, be selfish and help yourself through that hazy hell you are stuck in.
- Dress better. We’re not talking about dress to impress instead it’s dress to not feel depressed. Brighter colors and good styling helps you cheer up.
- Cook. A good mood is through a good tummy. Get your tummy happy today, don’t order shit load of cheesy junk, make one. Be loving to yourself.
(Remember no such thing is like ‘miracle’, you won’t escape your reality by doing any of these but you’ll get the power to save your dark reality through these things. Take one at a time and work your way up)
